Key Accountabilities:
- Issue and renew letters of guarantee.
- Monthly bank account reconciliation, entering all transactions into the company’s accounting system, and matching balances.
- Monitor external supplier balances, record them in the company’s accounting system, issue related invoices, and reconcile balances.
- Handle customs, clearance, accounts, receive and review invoices, record them in the company’s accounting system, and allocate customs clearance and bank fees to the raw material cost once they enter the warehouse.
- Monitor insurance documents for machinery, equipment, and inventory related to bank facilities, renew them annually on time, and follow up on the issuance of checks for the insurance documents.
- Documentary credits, collection documents, and all internal and external transfers for purchasing raw materials, packaging materials, and supplies.
- Provide a daily report on all bank positions the company deals with, and enter them into the company’s accounting system.
- Monitor the movement of incoming and outgoing checks.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (minimum grade good)
- 2-5 years of experience in Treasury.
- Relevant experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Accounting Software (Excel, Word), Banking Regulations.
- Very good Communication Skills, and Time Management.
- Working with Team.
