Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist Specialist to join our Human Resources team at a group level for Delta Pharma & Pharo Pharma. This role will focus on Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, fostering employee growth, and supporting HR best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (TA):
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Maintain and enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Utilize recruitment tools, job boards, social media, and networking to source passive and active candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Identify training needs across departments and design effective learning programs.
- Develop and implement employee development programs, including leadership training, skills enhancement, and professional growth initiatives.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs to enhance employee competencies.
- Partner with external training vendors and manage relationships to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Track training effectiveness and report on key L&D metrics to measure success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and learning & development.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and sourcing techniques.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs and L&D initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
