Job duties
- Prepare request for quotation based on received PRs after checking approved registered suppliers and required specs.
- Preparing offers sheet for each required material to be approved according to company’s internal approval cycle.
- Preparing and sending purchase orders to suppliers after getting necessary internal approvals.
- Communicate with suppliers to get required documents for MOH import approvals & customs clearance.
- Revision of shipping documents to ensure compliance to purchase orders’ terms, customs laws, MOH regulations and company registered products conditions.
- Ensure complying presentation of import files to the Ministry of Health to smoothly get import approval for each single shipment.
- Preparing tables required for product registration / re-registration, suppliers variations along with all necessary technical / regulatory documents (COA, GMP, DL,…).
- Keep well organized files for purchase requests, purchase orders, shipping docs, MOH plans, import approvals, Materials specs, sample delivery forms, internal memorandums.
Qualifications, experience and skills required:
- Bachelor Degree of Science, E-Commerce, Business Administration or any relevant degree.
- Well organized, Detail oriented, Multitasking & with very good ability to work under pressure.
- Very Good interpersonal and communication Skills.
- Minimum 1-2 Yrs Experience as Foreign Purchasing.
- Very good command of English (written & spoken).
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook,..).
