Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Group Export Manager to join our growing team at a group level for Pharo Pharma & Delta Pharma. This role will responsible for generating and enhancing the sales of the products in other countries, And Increase the organization’s profitability by increasing external customers, entering new markets, determine a market penetration mechanism, developing and enhancing current markets, and preparing a marketing plan to achieve the organization’s objective in the global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by maintaining professional partnership with export customers and understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Continuous networking and prospecting to increase business volume by planning and implementing effective export sales strategies.
- Follow up on the requirements and documentation of the Ministry of Health.
- Determine the appropriate market to enter based on the factory’s capabilities and develop a GMP plan based on the targeted markets.
- Prepare price lists and proposals to prospects alongside negotiating deal terms based on the target market.
- Follow up on customer orders through order processes until post-delivery feedback, which includes reviewing shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists, certification of origin, and bill of lading, etc.) and ensuring receipt of payments on their due dates.
- Plan efficient shipping schedules to achieve shorter lead times and timely deliveries to the customers while following the legal requirements of each country.
- Attended international trade events and exhibitions as well as organized and conducted business meetings with overseas clients on a regular basis.
- Take initiative to develop constructive and effective solutions and avoid recurrence of issues to optimize export services and improve the overall sales performance.
- Handling administrative tasks and timely managing of multiple lines of communication with departments within the company.
Qualifications:
- BSC. Pharmacy, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in export or relevant position.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Strong Analytical, Communication, and Negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Regulatory Experience is an added value.
