Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with departments heads to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that HR practices support organizational objectives.
- Support organizational change initiatives including organization restructuring efforts, by assessing workforce needs, facilitating communication, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop, review, and update job descriptions to accurately reflect roles and responsibilities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and comply with organization structure.
- Implement comprehensive induction programs for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training, resources, and support to integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Oversee talent development, and retention strategies to ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities to meet current and future needs.
- Implement and manage performance evaluation processes, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Identify training needs with business leaders and facilitate professional development programs with Central of Excellence team to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations, minimizing organizational risk.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing issues related to performance, conflict resolution, and compliance.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making, track progress on HR initiatives, and measure the impact of HR strategies on business performance.
Qualification Requirements:
- BSc. from any discipline.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Initiative and decision maker.
- Excellent in Computer & English language (reading, writing and speaking).
