Key Accountabilities:

1. Participate in the implementation of the internal control system (Segregation of Duties – Operational – Financial)
2. Ensure the implementation of the internal control procedures in coordination with the concerned departments
3. Participate in the review of accounting transactions / financial reports with the concerned departments
4. Participate in the preparation of the necessary reports and SOP preparations for the operations team
5. Maintain the filing system for the documentation and records of the operations and ensure their availability
6. Participate in the training of the operations team on the relevant procedures and controls
7. Coordinate with the operations team and the internal audit team regarding the implementation of the internal control system and procedures
8. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise

Qualification Requirements:

1. Pharmaceutical Sciences graduate.
2. 0-2 years experience in the same field.
3. Problems solving and team work attitude.
4. Proficient English
5. skill (high accuracy – alertness – precision in working with described
   tools-methods system)
