Key Accountabilities:
- Analyzing FF Lists of HCPs and Accounts to match the Marketing Tactical Operational Plans of Line/Brand
- Reporting and analyzing daily activities of visits (call rate), coverage (covered/uncovered) and frequency
- Provide statistical reports on HCPs Lists, Visits to Clinics, Polyclinics, Hospitals, AM Centers, Pharmacies and Distributors’ Branches
- Provide reports on Monthly No. of Days in the field for FF and Managers
- Provide reports on Monthly Vacation Days, Office Work Days
- Provide reports on Monthly FF Expenses and Tracking of Marketing Budget Consumption (Consumed / Remains)
- Provide and analyze managers visits of coaching and training
- Provide reports to the marketing team for calls reported on Line Brands
- Provide statistical reports of visits done on HCPs’ different specialties
- Update any structure changes to accommodate the sales team members on the sales program periodically
- Work on sales files sent by the distribution companies and upload on the reporting system
- Provide Sales Reports through the system for Month and YTD Sales Achievements Vs Targets and Growth%
Qualification Requirements:
- 5 years of experiences in pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dealing with CRM Systems.
- Relevant Bachelor Degree.
- Residence in Cairo or Giza.
- Strong verbal & communications skills
- Strong Analyzing & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation Skills
- MS Excel, Power Point, Word is a must
- Excel Power Query, MS Power BI, click sense is a plus
