Key Accountabilities:
- Participate in the preparation of the Manpower plan in the company at the end of each year.
- Monitor recruitment requests, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring their alignment with the approved Manpower plan.
- Advertise vacant positions on various social media platforms and other available channels.
- Conduct interviews with candidates matching the job specifications, assessing them according to the job competency model.
- Prepare and coordinate technical and final interviews with department managers and the shortlisted candidates.
- Explain and discuss the job offer with selected candidates, highlighting the company’s benefits, and following up until their on-boarding.
- Send apology emails to other candidates who were not accepted.
- Prepare correspondence for the promotions committee, including invitations and apologies.
- Conduct Exit interviews and addressing any complaints regarding resignations.
- Prepare Talent acquisition monthly reports.
Qualification Requirements:
- BSc degree in business administration or any related filed
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent acquisition.
- Excellent knowledge of hiring different positions White & Blue collar.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs such as (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in using social media networks and publishing recruitment advertisements.
- Excellent English language.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
