Tender Key Account Manager
What You’ll Do
· Implement market access strategy through patient access focused partnership with Governmental sector and Key accounts
· Work collaboratively with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to plan and execute Value Base Engagement initiatives for Pharo’s portfolio of products with agile execution for strategic partnership milestones
· Responsible for achieving financial and non-financial market Access objectives
· Analyze data to generate insights for initiatives that jointly serve patients’ needs and achieve key strategic access objectives
· Build long-term relations with key stakeholders and drive plans with a high impact on business outcomes.
· Understand the Healthcare ecosystem and reimbursement business processes and gaps and identify win-win partnership pillars, competitive and reimbursement landscape
· Maximize the positioning and messaging of the products/solutions and facilitate the co-creation of value preposition with key stakeholders
Applicants should possess the following qualifications to go through initial screening:
· Pharmacist or Vet.
· 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (KAM or sales roles)
. Exceptional interpersonal and communication and strong analytical skills.
. Proven ability to build trust, listen, and ask effective questions.
. Proven track record of positive results. Ability to self-manage time and priorities.
. A good level of knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare business and the rapid advancement of agile, impactful, and cost-effective solutions is preferred.
